Are there some builds based on new java? I would like to test them because of one annoying bug of the original builds, that should be fixed in the new one....

Not yet. If you check the threads down in the Neo/J Development forum, you'll see that things aren't fully working yet...some old bugs were fixed in the part of the upgrade process that's already been completed, but it sounds like it'll be a while yet before we see the first test patch or test build. Patrick will make an announcement in this (Neo/J Testing) forum when there's something complete and stable to test Smile

FWIW, we are only targeting Java 1.4.2 as it's one of the three key prerequisites for being able to run on Mactel machines. Right now 1.5 is an "optional" install and is only available for 10.4, so 1.4 allows us to continue support for 10.3. Unfortunately Java 1.4 is so flaky on 10.2 that we had to let it go Sad
