Drag additional source folders here=
Photo Grids=
Una pregunta: do you want us to donate these translations to Karelia software like ovvldc did for the Dutch translations? Karelia Software created the Media Browser and, without their work, NeoOffice would not have a Media Browser.

Hey, your spanish is not so bad!
Well, I understand almost of the words and I consider that I can translate one of the two words that not yet translated into spanish, and the word is "drag additional source folders here" the most sumary translation for this word is "Arrastre las carpetas aquí".
The other word "photo grid" will have to wait for the moment at least for me.
And yes, your translations are correct. It is to say that the only word that isn't translated into spanish is "photo grid". Some thing more, I consider that the better translation for "sounds folder" is "Carpeta Sonidos" (is more understandable in spanish).
And yes, I want to donate my translations to Karelia. |

Una pregunta: Are going to appear all fixes (gallery fixed problem and spanish translations for Media Browser) in the next patch 1 relase?
If so, will appear all the translations of the media browser including the last I posted ("drag source folders here"= "Arrastre las carpetas aquí" and "Sounds folder"= "Carpeta Sonidos") and the translations that you did? Or only will appear the first translations I posted?
Please Answer me. |

I see that the Media Browser submenu items is translated into Spanish so the only untranslated Add-ons submenu items are the following:
Check Grammar
Check Grammar :: Entire Document
Check Grammer :: Selected Text
Paste Image from Camera or Scanner
We do not need to wait for OpenOffice.org to translate the above list. These Add-ons are our own custom code so we can add translations in a patch.
It is too late to include any translations in NeoOffice 2.2.5 Patch 1 but it you translate the above list, we will include your translations in the Patch 2.

Hello Patrick I have translated into spanish the remaining submenus items of the add-ons list that weren't translated, and the spanish translations are:
Check Grammar=Revisar gramática
Check Grammar :: Entire Document=Revisar gramática :: A todo el documento
Check Grammer :: Selected Text=Revisar gramática :: Al texto seleccionado
Paste Image from Camera or Scanner=Pegar imágen desde cámara o escáner
Please answer me when you read them. And I hope they appear in patch 2 relase. |

I have added your translations to the NeoOffice code. Since there are no critical bugs that need to be fixed right now, it may be several weeks before the next patch. But when we do release the next patch, it will have your translations. Also, when we release NeoOffice 3.0 Early Access in November, it will also have your translations.

Patrick, I'd want to know if neooffice 3 is gonna have visual changes in comparison with neooffice 2.2.5 or is gonna have the same interface of 2.2.5?
What I say is that if neooffice will have a diferent interface, colors or something more? or will be similar to 2.2.5? I know that it depens of openoffice but what do you say?
I don't wanna pre-empt the facts but I'd just want to know. |

NeoOffice 3.0 Early Access will not look much different than NeoOffice 2.2.5. What will change is that there the new features in OpenOffice.org 3.0 will be added to NeoOffice.
To get an idea of what features NeoOffice 3.0 Early Access will have, you can download OpenOffice.org 3.0 RC2 from the following website. If you want to install their Spanish version, download the installer with "_es.dmg" at the end of the file name:
ftp://ooopackages.good-day.net/pub/OpenOffice.org/MacOSX/3.0.0rc2
In general, we take OpenOffice.org and add our speed stability improvements and add our custom features (grammar checker, image capture, media browser, remote control, etc.). The big change in OpenOffice.org 3.0 that changed is they added the Start Center. We have found this new "feature" too slow startup quite a bit so we plan to disable the Start Center in NeoOffice 3.0 Early Access. |

when neooffice early access be relased the people who isn't suscribed will have to wait up to january 15, but are going to be available updates or patches for neoffice 2.2.5 after neooffice early access relase? or in the two months between the neooffice early access relase and the neooffice public relase, will be neooffice 2.2.5 forgotten ? or will be available betas or relase candidates for neooffice 3?
Can you explain me that? How is going to be the process of neooffice between early access and public relase in january 15? |

The NeoOffice 3.0 Early Access release is really our "beta" release. We only allow large donors to download the release because releasing it to everyone would overwhelm our ability to handle all of the bug reports and support requests that would come in. So, we limit download to our most generous donors so that we can keep the number of bug reports and support requests at a level that we can handle.
During the Early Access Program, we focus all of our support and bug fixing efforts on fixing the bugs that the Early Access Program members find in the release and we release patches for the 3.0 Early Access release every week or so.
Then, at the end of the Early Access Program and the number of known bugs is very low, we release NeoOffice 3.0. NeoOffice 3.0 will be NeoOffice 3.0 Early Access plus all of bug fixes made during the Early Access Program.
Because we are only two people, we will stop releasing new patches for NeoOffice 2.2.5 when we start the NeoOffice 3.0 Early Access Program. In other words, we only work on the latest release.
