I was searching the NeoOffice.org domain today looking for something when I came across an oddity in bug1569. The bug dates to 2006, but the Version listed in the Version drop-down is 3.0.1EA.
A check of several other old bugs shows the same thing.
Not sure if this is a big problem or not, but I thought I'd report it.

This is a known issue with the phpBugTracker software that we use for Bugzilla: disabled version numbers will not show in the list boxes. As a result, if the bug has a disabled version number, the default version number will be set to the first version in the list.
I reenabled all of the old version numbers. This should avoid the problem that you see.
Originally, we disabled old version numbers to discourage users from filing bugs against old versions. However, since the public is no longer allowed to file bugs in Bugzilla, having all old versions enabled is no longer a problem.
