FYI. I found that our RSS feeds have always be missing the post date and a unique ID number so I added those. This change should make it easier for RSS readers to separate new posts for posts that have been retrieved in a previous RSS query.
I also made one other change: if a post has its own title, that post title will be displayed instead of the topic title. For patch and release announcement posts, this should make the title in the RSS feed clearer.
