In the last week, I have received several NeoOffice support requests from non-donors in the form of private messages. Since nearly all of them contained some form of acknowledgement that they know that NeoOffice support forums are only for donors, unfortunately I feel that it is time to stop this abusive use of the private message feature and I have changed this site's code to only allow NeoOffice donors to send private messages. Non-donors can still receive private messages from donors, but they will not be able to reply.

If any donors find any bugs in the private message system as a result of this change, please post a reply and a description of the bug in this forum topic.

Yup. But e-mail clients like Thunderbird and Apple Mail have a lot better tools for filtering out unwanted e-mail. Wink

Except in rare cases, if I don't know you, your e-mail will go straight to my Junk folder where I will likely never see it.
