Before you attach a screen snapshot, I think that I have fixed this bug. I was finally able to reproduce this bug after I changed the keyboard to Belgian and manually changed the keyboard shortcut in the System Preferences to something random and then changed it back to Command-Control-<.

Can you install the following test patch and tell us if the fix works for you?:

Intel:
http://joe.neooffice.org/test/NeoOffice-3.0.2-Patch-3-Test-1-Intel.dmg

PowerPC:
http://joe.neooffice.org/test/NeoOffice-3.0.2-Patch-3-Test-1-PowerPC.dmg

FYI. Since NeoOffice 3.1.1 Beta is now available, I copied my fix into that release. So if you are using NeoOffice 3.1.1 Beta, you can test my fix by installing the following test patch:

Intel:
http://joe.neooffice.org/test/NeoOffice-3.1.1_Beta-Patch-0-Test-1-Intel.dmg

PowerPC:
http://joe.neooffice.org/test/NeoOffice-3.1.1_Beta-Patch-0-Test-1-PowerPC.dmg

FYI. The fix has been included in NeoOffice 3.0.2 Patch 4 and NeoOffice 3.1.1.

The patch can be downloaded from the NeoOffice patch download page.

NeoOffice 3.1.1 is currently available for Early Access program members and can be downloaded from the NeoOffice Early Access Program download page.

Yesterday, one of our moderators noticed a this small bug that causes the wrong window to get focus when a floating window is closed.

Since my fix for that bug is in the same area of code that the fix for your bug is in, can you install the following test patch and tell us if your bug is still fixed?:

Intel:
http://joe.neooffice.org/test/NeoOffice-3.1.2-Patch-0-Test-3-Intel.dmg

PowerPC:
http://joe.neooffice.org/test/NeoOffice-3.1.2-Patch-0-Test-3-PowerPC.dmg

The exotic window cycling bug is still there (short: if cursor is in table, cycling is limited to top-2 windows). I'm not sure if it was ever (consistently) fixed on my computer. I think you should consider this bug as too exotic to fix provided it only happens in combination with Azerty-keyboards. But there may be interaction between this bug and the crashes opening documents I reported elsewhere.

FYI. While working on implementing Mac OS X's application sandboxing, I found that on Mac OS X 10.7 Lion and higher my fixes cause the Control-F6 keyboard shortcut to not activate any of NeoOffice's visible floating windows.

I confirmed that Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard machines still need my fixes, but interestingly, disabling my fixes on Mac OS X 10.7 Lion and higher machines does not cause the window cycling bugs to reappear and the Control-F6 keyboard shortcut works again.

So, in the following test patch I have disabled my window cycling bug fixes for all Mac OS X versions other than 10.6 Snow Leopard. If anyone finds that any of the window cycling bugs reported throughout this forum topic reappear after installing this test patch, please let us know:

Intel:
http://sally.neooffice.org/test/NeoOffice-3.3-Patch-2-Test-3-Intel.dmg

Note: I moved this topic to the NeoOffice Support forum since this change affects a non-beta version of NeoOffice.

FYI. I have included the change that was in the previous test patch in NeoOffice 3.3 Patch 3. The patch can be downloaded from the NeoOffice 3.3 patch download page.
