Neo Office 3.1.1 patch 2
OSX 10.6.4

Impress shows correctly text rotated to a vertical position, but exports it to PDF garbled and horizontal.

Open Office 3.2.0 build 9483 exports the same document correctly.

Files attached.

Thank you for the sample document. I can reproduce this bug and it is definitely a bug in our code, not OpenOffice.org's code so I will search for the cause of this bug.

When I find the cause and I have a fix, I will post a test patch for you to try.

I think I have fixed this bug in the following test patch. The bug was caused by our fix for bug 3448. That bug only occurred in NeoOffice 3.0.2's underlying OpenOffice.org 3.0.1 code. Apparently, in NeoOffice 3.1.1's underlying OpenOffice.org 3.1.1 code that bug no longer occurs so I have removed the fix for that bug and it appears to fix your bug and bug 3448.

Can you install the test patch and tell us if the bug is fixed for you?:

Thanks, Pluby.
With the patch both print and export of the test document work.

FYI. The fix for this bug has been included in NeoOffice 3.1.2 which can download it from the NeoOffice download page.
