Can you please attach a sample slide here using the instructions in this forum post? This will help us pinpoint where the issue is with exporting to pdf.

Appears to be a NeoOffice bug - the slides export to PDF fine in OpenOffice v3.0.1, but in NeoOffice the vertical text is garbled.

Specifically a v3 bug - works fine in NeoOffice v2.2.5. |

Thank you for providing the sample document.
I am able to reproduce this in NeoOffice 3.0, but I could not reproduce using OpenOffice.org 3.0.1 so it does appear to be a NeoOffice bug. I have opened Bug 3448 to track this issue. Please add yourself to the CC: list in the bug to if you would like to track the progress of the bug.

ps - yoxi, Thanks for testing in NeoOffice 2.2.5. I'll add that information to the bug. |

I think that I have fixed this bug. I have posted links to a test patch in my last post in bug 3448. Can you copy the applicable link into your web browser, install the test patch, and tell us if the bug is fixed for you?

Nice, it works fine for me.
However, there left one problem, that doesn't disturb me.
The thumbnail of my file that appears in the finder is wrong. On the snapshot, you can see that the vertical text is garbled. When I open the file, everything is OK.

You probably need to edit your doc (just change something and then change it back again) and re-save it - the QuickLook image in the Finder should get recreated when you save your doc.

FYI. The fix for this bug has been included in NeoOffice 3.1.2 which can download it from the NeoOffice download page.
