I understand it is not clearly a feature request but I could not find a place to discuss that.
I am very glad that NeOffice supports LibreOffice (see their FAQ) and since there is no contributor copyright agreement attached to contributing to LibreOffice, and considering that the GO-OOo will be (if not done already) included in LO, is there a possibility to see NeoOffice and LibreOffice share more resources and code in the future ?

We have no plans to change how we operate. LibreOffice has been in existing less than a day and, AFAICT, LibreOffice is a just a rebranding of Go-oo. I do know that it is going to be staffed by Novell's Go-oo developers plus a few OpenOffice.org community volunteers.
I don't think your assumption that because their is no contributor agreement on their website we can give them our code without copyright is unrealistic. That's not how copyright or licenses work.
What they can do is use our code under our GPL license if their code is also GPL. Since I cannot find a license on their website, I have to assume that, like OpenOffice.org and Go-oo, their code is under the LGPL and we have no plans to weaken the license on our code.
