Some of the NeoJ users have reported that when you select the "Preview" or "Save As PDF" buttons when printing, the PDF file will open without any problem in Adobe Acrobat but it will cause the Preview application to hang.

The problem is a bug in the Preview application. Fortunately, there is a very simple workaround: launch Preview, select the Preview->Preferences menu item, and unclick the "Use Anti-aliasing" box.

After doing the above, you should be able to open your PDF print files in the Preview application.

Hi Patrick,

perhaps this has been fixed in 10.3(.2) - I've just been testing the Preview print option with NO/J v0.7.1 and I have no problems with Preview.app anymore, even with anti-aliasing switched on.

Can anyone else confirm?

Unfortunately, this problem still exists in 10.2.

I can confirm that this is fixed in 10.3.2 - I just tried previewing several different (Word) documents without any problems. I'm using NeoOffice/J 0.7.1.

I can confirm that this problem never showed up in 10.3. In 10.2 it was not there all the time but only for some files/patch level combination.
