Since Apple now provides Java 1.4, now can we have mouse scroll wheel please?!

Don't expect this for a long time.

Just because Apple throws out a new Java version doesn't mean that upgrading Neo/J to that version is simple. There is still lots of non-Java code in Neo/J and much of that code would need to be reworked to use a new Java version.
