I have no affiliation with them what so ever (or even within 2,000 miles of them) but I have noticed that for whatever reason, they changed the path of where they keep the neo office mirror....

It used to be
http://mirror.services.wisc.edu/mirrors/apple/neoofficej/patches/NeoOffice-3.0-Patch-7-Intel.dmg

which returns a 404 file not found.

and it now appears to be located at
http://mirror.services.wisc.edu/mirrors/neoofficej/patches/NeoOffice-3.0-Patch-7-Intel.dmg
