We are continually working to improve the usefulness of NeoOffice Mobile for our users and as part of the on-going work, we have released new versions of the NeoOffice Mobile application for the following devices:
- Version 1.4 for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices running iOS 3.2 or higher
- Version 1.1 for Android devices running Android 2.2 or higher
These new versions include fixes for minor bugs in the Back button and include a new Cancel button that allows users to avoid wasting their device's expensive bandwidth. By pressing the new Cancel button any page or file downloads in progress will be cancelled immediately.
If you have an iOS device, you can find the new version of the NeoOffice Mobile application by searching for "NeoOffice Mobile" in the App Store application on your iOS device.
If you have an Android device, you can find the new version of the NeoOffice Mobile application by searching for "NeoOffice Mobile" in the Market application on your Android device.

Recently, we looked at the storage and bandwidth costs that we pay Amazon S3 and the data center that hosts our webservers and like we found when we last looked at these costs, the costs of running NeoOffice Mobile were significantly less than we expected. Since donations from NeoOffice Mobile users help subsidize part of our NeoOffice download site costs, we would like to thank those donors by passing on our cost savings to NeoOffice Mobile users.
Effective immediately, NeoOffice Mobile accounts will have the following storage and renewal date changes. Please note that you may need to log out and log back into your NeoOffice Mobile account for the expanded storage and extended expiration date to appear in your account:
Changes to free accounts
- 100 megabytes of documents can now be stored in your account instead of only 10 megabytes
- Documents in your account now expire after 30 days instead of after only 7 days
Changes for US$10 donor accounts
- 1 gigabyte of documents can now be stored in your account instead of only 100 megabytes
- Documents in your account now expire after a year instead of after only 90 days
Changes for US$25 donor accounts
- 2.5 gigabytes of documents can now be stored in your account instead of only 100 megabytes
Changes for US$100 donor accounts
- 10 gigabytes of documents can now be stored in your account instead of only 100 megabytes
