Using .xls format, running Lion, unless I have a saved document, I can't add or delete a row in Calc. I'm using 3.2.1 Patch 6
I'm not sure when this started happening, but it's been at least a week or so. I thought the file was corrupted so I copied everything to a new file. Same issue.

I cannot reproduce what you describe with any of my .xls files so can you install the latest patch (NeoOffice 3.2.1 Patch 7 is the current patch) from the patch download page.
If the same behavior still occurs with the latest patch, can you provide either a set of steps or attach a sample document that we can use to reproduce what you are seeing on our machines?
Instructions for attaching a sample document are in this forum post.

The problem turned out to be a utility I'm using, "MenuEverywhere".
Although we don't support haxies as they tend to cause breakage in large, complex applications like NeoOffice or Microsoft Office, if you want to keep using that particular haxie you may want to try NeoOffice 3.3 Beta and its latest patch before you remove the haxie.
In NeoOffice 3.3 Beta, we have replaced all our Java code that we have used through NeoOffice 3.2.1 to manage windows, menus, and printing. Apple considers Java to be an obsolete technology so we replace all that Java code with native Cocoa code.
Maybe that haxie will be incompatible with NeoOffice 3.3 Beta but we have found that Java-based applications like NeoOffice 3.2.1 tend to be much more sensitive to haxies than Cocoa applications so it may be worth a try.
