While testing some fixes for another bug yesterday, I found a bug that only occurs on Mac OS X 10.8 and only in out Mac App Store version of NeoOffice. When I opened a native Save dialog while in modal dialog is displayed, the document window behind the modal dialog would get moved in front of all other NeoOffice windows. The document window would then be stuck in front of all other windows, even when switching to another application.
I found that this is a Mac OS X 10.8 bug when running in Apple's App Sandbox and I was able to fix this bug by temporarily detaching NeoOffice modal dialogs from their document windows while a native Save dialog is attached to the modal dialog:
