|
Each time I open NeoOffice, the Document Recovery window opens with a document listed as "StatementDisplay" and a status of "Not Recovered Yet."
When I click "Start Recovery," the status changes to "Recovery Failed." Then I click "Finish" and the Write window opens normally. I have no document named "StatementDisplay."
I have an iMac with Leopard.
Any thoughts on how I can eliminate this would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Try clicking on Cancel instead of Start Recovery. That should prevent the dialog from appearing again. |

This is good advice. Most likely, the recovery dialog keeps appearing because there is an old temporary file in your user preferences folder from a crash log ago. Selecting the Cancel button should delete any old temporary files.
