I can't reproduce this with OOo 2.0RC3 and Mac OS X 10.3.9, en_US. There's probably some sort of locale bug either with 10.4.x in general or one of the Norwegian locales.
(I can't double-click any file and have it open--drag-drop and File: Open do work--nor can any file with non-Roman characters in its name be opened at all via the Finder/app icon, but those are other bugs.)
