No, Bugzilla is English-only, but we have tolerated the occasional French or German bug in the past. In at least one case, val1984 told the reporter that Bugzilla is English-only.
In this most recent case, I actually understood what the bug was, so I replied and then cc'd val, who I hoped would then reply, nicely and in proper french, that Bugzilla is English-only....

We might want to add that to the slew of messages we try to get reporters to read when filing bugs (the next time we get Dan to do a skin update), if it starts becoming common.
Unlike on trinity, where the post is in public view for the entire community, in Bugzilla people are generally only talking to Patrick or Ed or one of the triage team, and we have a much more limited language ability
