double-scrolling under 0.8.1

I've got a problem on both of my macs, where if I click in the scroll bar, instead of jumping one screen, the display jumps two, in two visible steps, as if I clicked twice. There's a pause between the first jump and the second, but I can't get it to not make the second jump.

One the iBook, it always does it. On the desktop (dual-G4), it only happens some of the time, but always happens in certain parts of some documents.

I've only noticed this since installing 0.8.1. I don't recall what patch I was at on 0.8, but I reinstalled the whole thing to get the icons.

I found the source of this bug and it was a fairly simple fix.
