The Neo release "date" generally corresponds to the first time the date exists in the world In our case, Japan is across the international date line, so we try to at least make sure any release we claim is available on a certain day is available in Japan.

The first item says:

I wasn't being critical when I quoted the website. I was merely asking if the "Aqua" bullet needs more wording.
BTW, did you looking at the http://www.neooffice.org/ and http://www.planamesa.com/ lately? I have put the Aqua screen snapshot with native file dialogs the there so that visitors now see the Aqua stuff first thing.
