Scroll bar problem seems to be: scroll-bar related system settings in "Apple > System Preferences > Appearance"?
AHH - I have PLACE SCROLL BARS set to "together" instead of "At top and bottom".
Changing to Top/bottom resolves problem
Philip (looks so good, I forget that it's hasn't been Aqua all along! )
But both settings work on my machine. We specifically tried to support both so something must be just a little different on your machine. I'll look at the bug again and think about this tonight.
