You'd probably be better off porting OpenOffice.org yourself NeoOffice depends a great deal on bits of non-Cocoa, Mac-specific code, particularly the libraries that Apple ships with its JVM....

Well, yes the suggestion of doing a straight OOo port is teh correct one. To port to a different windowing system requires writing a new implementation of the VCL/SFX frameworks within OOo itself. For what it's worth, right now NeoOffice has the only other stable and mature reimplemetation of this system other than the standard Win32/X11 versions. It's taken us years to get it to the point where it's stable, and it's always a moving target as well as people keep trying to "improve" the core within OOo. Framework porting is not an easy task.
