A quick shortcut that does mostly work is using Command-` (the tilde key on US keyboard) which will cycle between the open windows. It works better if you don't have the Stylist or Navigator windows open, though
On some non-US English keyboards, you have to use command-§ because the § & ` keys get swapped (this is the case with my external keyboard on a macbook pro)
