What is "The power of Wheat compels thee"

And where is the difference between the two 'flourescent' for 'fluorescent'. I'm a chemist and I know the difference in italian between 'fluorescente' (you give a 'light' to something and it give you back a different 'light') e 'fluorizzato' (you add a small amount of fluoride to water to prevent ...).
