I found that there are two small sections on the NeoOffice patch page. If anyone can translate these, I'll post them to the web pages:

No action is required at this time.

Code:
It appears that you are using NeoOffice X.X which is not the latest version.
We recommend that you download NeoOffice Y.Y which is the latest version.

This was originally two separate paragraphs so can I change it to the following?:

The original has NeoOffice Y.Y as a link to the download page, so can I delete the "herunterzuladen" word at the end of the following?:

I would put it for grammatical reasons that way:

Het lijkt er op dat u NeoOffice X.X gebruikt en dat is niet de meest recente versie. We raden u aan om de meest recente versie, NeoOffice Y.Y, op te halen en te installeren.

I added "not yet ready" in order to give some time to other French speakers to make suggestions. Since I haven't received any feedback in over 48 hours, I'd say it's ready.
