Righty. So, I just downloaded this nifty program and I need some help. When writing a text document, halfway through a word, a sort of auto-complete kicks in, which is great if you're writing deoxyribonucleic many times in a document, but otherwise annoying. How can I stop the pain?
Tools>AutoCorrect/AutoFormat, Word Completion tab, uncheck "Enable word completion"
Since you find that annoying (as do I), be sure to poke around the other tabs and turn off other things that might be useful when typing DNA but not for everyday use
