AFAIK, the only Mac application that works with that file format is ConceptDraw
Unluckly NeoOffice cannot import Visio native file format.
But Viso and NeoOffice Draw share many different formats, so if you can export a file from Visio to a "more" friendly file format, that one can be opened in Neo Draw.

| I believe that OmniGraffle Pro from the Omni group will also open Visio files. |
