I have not tried the Swedish download, but it seems that OOo 3.0 final and RC4 are actually the same release (both m9, both build 9358)…

Could you post a link to these posts? I mentioned this on Macupdate and someone is (quite reasonably) asking for evidence .
There are several others, but as they are all by the same lgusaas, I wasn't sure providing more was particularly helpful. You can find the whole list I found by going to the OOCF Mac OSX forum and entering "PPC 3.0 Sun" (with no quotes) in the "Search this forum" box just to the right of the "New Post" button.
