I got this error at the end of the installation:

Fabrizio, your error seemed very familiar. It turns out there is a topic in Neo/J Support that addresses the same problem with the French help:

There's now a stray ".txt" file in the larger archive that is apparently messing up the unzipping process. See the thread for full details on how to work around.
(Patrick, is there a way to alter your instructions to avoid the .txt file? Otherwise, a note on that webpage about the manual method might be helpful?)

For future users, remember to TAR the files, and not the folder...
