Problem: I can convert a selection of Calc to pdf but it fails to convert multiple worksheets into a single pdf. I need the latter to retain hyperlinks. I have specified 'all' in the export pdf dialogue and I've 'unchecked' 'print only selected sheets' and 'suppress empty pages' in the printer options.
NB. Oddly when I print preview, it always gives the same sheet even though that sheet is not selected. If I select a cell range, the I can preview that range.
Thanks,
Stephen |

I don't know the answer to your question, and I'm moving it to the NeoOffice Support forum where it is more likely to be seen by someone who can answer it.

Is there anything in Format::Print Ranges::Edit that is limiting which cells are getting printed? This is a possible reason for this behaviour.

I rechecked and you are right! I had not realised that you have to clear 'Print ranges' for every sheet, it doesn't automatically apply to all.
Thank you,

That makes sense, I suppose - if you had a spreadsheet with loads of sheets it could get confusing if all the print ranges were in one place.
I'm glad that solved your problem. The Print Preview part was the giveaway . |
