I want to have a look on NeoOffice Mobile this morning,
After creating the account (with some problems to read the CAPTCHA) I tryied 2 differents emails and never received Verification Email (4 hours ago, I had a look in junk/spam folders).
Delay, problem… ? _________________ Patrick G4 2x867, 2 Go, 10.4.11...

I just created an account and I got e-mail. Can you login to one of your new accounts and try clinking on the FixIt link and then pressing the Send it Again link? Does an e-mail show up?

Then your other e-mail provider is probably filtering out our e-mail. Not much we can do about that.

Yes, I just tested this and was able to change my email address by doing the following steps:
1. Log into NeoOffice Mobile
2. Select the Account icon to open the Account Settings window
3. Change my email address in the Account Settings window and press Save.

Thanks Fran,
I have tried as I have an error message "Sorry, an error occured while saving data"… I think it could because I change e-mail adress but no.
If I save a text, 45 pages, about 160 K with Imac C2D, 10.5 I WiFi… Error
Same File with my PPC ethernet no problem…
If I retrieve the file on the iMac no problem (it is very quick) _________________ Patrick G4 2x867, 2 Go, 10.4.11... |

Can you try uploading a smaller file from the iMac? I am wondering if perhaps there might be some type of "timeout" happening. I doubt it's the case as that's a pretty small file, but it might be worth trying maybe something that's just a paragraph or so long.

Since NeoOffice Mobile uploads not only your .odt file, but also a copy of your file in PDF and HTML format, a 160K .odt file is really like uploading 1 MB. So, most likely your WiFi is unable to handle big uploads reliably. If you are using a public WiFi service, the WiFi service may even be limiting the size of your uploads.

The iMac is in the same room.
No problem with a small file.
The document is in my PPC but opened with the iMac… _________________ Patrick G4 2x867, 2 Go, 10.4.11... |

Can you try uploading the problem file again? The server's code was set to timeout after 2 minutes and I have made that time longer.

OK. I have to admit that I really don't understand this post. Can you expand this as where things are failing is not very clear to me.
