I can reroduce the crash with your sample document - crash log attached.

Edit: OpenOffice.org 3.0.1 opens the file without crashing.

Moving to the NeoOffice Support forum as this post concerns a regular NeoOffice release.

I can reproduce the crashing in both NeoOffice 3.0 Patch 5 and my Go-oo build. Since it does not occur in OpenOffice.org 3.0.1, it is pretty clear that one of the Go-oo modifications that Novell's engineers made is causing the bug.

I will see if I can find the Go-oo modification that is causing this bug and, if I find it, I will remove it.
