I'm having a problem with NeoOffice 3.0.2 writer that I didn't have with 3.0.1. When I copy and then try to paste some text the app crashes. Is it only me?

Can you attach the crash log using the steps in this NeoWiki article? You may need to use the "Option B" steps in that article if you cannot easily reproduce the crash.

Once you have the crash log, you can attach the crash log using the steps in this forum topic.

Also, if you can reproduce the crash, can you tell us what steps you do to trigger the crash?

I forgot to ask one question: did you recently install Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard on your machine?

I ask this because Mac OS X 10.6 had some nasty bugs that caused NeoOffice and other applications to eventually crash after displaying the Open, Save, or Save As dialogs.

Apple eventually fixed these crashing bug so if you recently installed Snow Leopard, can you check if you have installed the latest system updates from from Apple by selecting the Apple :: About This Mac menu. If you have the latest system updates from Apple, the version in the dialog that appears should be "10.6.2".

If the version is "10.6" or "10.6.1", can you select the Apple :: Software Update menu, install all listed updates, reboot, and repeat the same steps until there are no more system updates listed? Does that stop the crashing?
