Recently, I undated the donation receipt that a donor receives when they donate. In this new version, I have both English and French in that hope that our donors will be able to read one of those two languages.
Can anyone review my French wording? Also, does anyone think that we should another language?
My main goal is to give donors links to the support page and the download page so that they know where to go as there has apparently been a surge in new NeoOffice users with this release and several were asking for where do the call for support. I am hoping that I don't need to explicitly put "we don't provide direct e-mail or phone support" but if you think the e-mail or the support page does not make that clear, let me know what wording you think we are missing.
Below is the new version of the e-mail that we send out.
Thanks,
Patrick

Thank you for your NeoOffice donation. As a result of contributions from people like yourself, we are able to fund many of the operating expenses that are required to keep the NeoOffice project running.

Edit by pluby: Updated e-mail text to include translations in this forum topic
Edit 2 by pluby: Recopied the entire e-mail as Samwise noticed errors in my previous manual edit

I made a few modifications (in bold and underlined).
Also, I noticed that many of the French translations of the pages you link to aren't entirely up to date (but I don't have enough time to translate them right now).

Thank you for the translations. I have put them into the donation receipt e-mail.

I found all of the places of the main website that had the same errors as the e-mail had and I correct those errors as well. The corrections are now on the website. Hopefully that reduces the number of incorrect French translations on the main website.
There still seem to be plenty of untranslated paragraphs. I may look into translating them when I have more time.
Yes, I noticed when updating the "NeoOffice" page in the wiki a few weeks ago that the French version of the Support page had a couple of paragraphs that I was copying that were still in English.

Patrick, your updated post was still missing some of my modifications so I added the new paragraph to my translation rather than translating your updated first post directly.

Thanks for checking my post. Since my manual edit of the post was incomplete, I recopied the entire e-mail into my post so that the post now includes all of the changes that were made.
