While working on the upcoming NeoOffice 3.1.1 Beta release, I had some extra time and added a small new NeoOffice Mobile feature: you can now "shrink" the NeoOffice Mobile window to get it out of the way while you are not using it.
Starting in NeoOffice 3.1.1 Beta, pressing the green "zoom" button in the NeoOffice Mobile window's titlebar will cause the NeoOffice Mobile to shrink down to a very small window so like is shown in the attached image.
When you need to use NeoOffice Mobile, you will only need to press the green "zoom" button a second time and the NeoOffice Mobile window will expand the window back to its original size.
