For some time now, I've been puzzled about why the "Whole Words Only" option Writer's Find and Replace window is always greyed out.
No matter what I do, I can't seem to get it to "blacken" so I can check it.
Similarly, "Entire Cells" in Calc's Find and Replace window is greyed out for me, too. But I see in another thread, that Smokey's "Entire Cells" option is black. Any ideas what the difference is?
I'm currently using Neo 3.1.1 Patch 1, test Patch 19 on 10.6.4, although I see the same thing on Neo 3.1.1 Beta on a PPC machine running 10.4.11. (Yes, I know I need to update that one. I don't use it much anymore, so I'm a little behind.)

Do you have the "Regular Expressions" the "Search for Styles" checkboxes in the "More" section checked? If so, does unchecking it enable the "Whole Words Only" checkbox for you?

Like in Writer, does unchecking both the "Regular Expressions" the "Search for Styles" checkboxes in the "More" section enable the "Entire Cells" checkbox for you?
