|
Friends -- When I enter a number "8 AM" in a table in Neo Office, the software automatically corrects it to "08:00.00 AM." I tried the two directions in the help for numbers format and for the variables-other etc, but nothing changed. How can I get it to leave what I type alone?
Thanks

I assume you are seeing this behavior in a Writer table. If so, you can disable this "autocorrection" behavior by selecting the Tools :: Options menu and in the dialog that appears, select the NeoOffice Writer :: Tables item. Then uncheck the "Number recognition" in the "Input in tables" and press the OK button.
Does that stop date reformatting for you?

That works fine. Whew! Let me know when my year of $25.00 runs out.
