Can you be more specific about what's not working?
Are you unable to upload documents?
Are you unable to access them from the iPad?

I can confirm that your NeoOffice Mobile account has been credited with your US$25.00 donation so you should be able to view all of your files that you have uploaded to NeoOffice Mobile.
However, your account shows no files have been uploaded yet so are you having trouble uploading files from NeoOffice on your Mac machine?

I forgot to add that a few iPad users who have download the NeoOffice Mobile application have hoped that NeoOffice Mobile was a full office suite for their iPad.
Unfortunately, the NeoOffice Mobile iPad application can only view documents previously uploaded to your NeoOffice Mobile account from NeoOffice running on your Mac OS X machine.
