Smoother trackpad magnify/zoom gestures

One annoyance for many NeoOffice users has been that a normal magnify/zoom Mac trackpad gesture could cause NeoOffice to make the current document zoom to the most extremely large or small size possible.

I think that I have this annoyance by significantly reducing the native magnify/zoom values that are passed to NeoOffice's underlying OpenOffice.org code.

The fix is in the following test patches. Can you anyone tell us if magnify and zoom trackpad gestures behave more reasonably than before?:

FYI. I have tweaked the swipe event code so that vertical swiping is more responsive. Vertical swiping now moves roughly 2 pages when Writer is at 100% zoom. I also slowed down magnification that is triggered by swiping while holding the Command key.
