Fix for error when saving a document that has been moved

While merging the fixes in NeoOffice 3.4.1 into NeoOffice 2013, I found a bug in our code that detects if an open document has been moved in the Finder.

The bug occurs when you open a document, make some edits without saving, and then rename or move the document in the Finder. When you then save document, NeoOffice's underlying OpenOffice code will display an error dialog when it tries to access the old document path.

I found what additional code was needed to ensure that the OpenOffice code knows that the document has moved and my fix for the bug is in the following test patches:
