We have added a new, experimental feature: NeoOffice now displays the native macOS Window menu in the menubar instead of the LibreOffice Window menu.

As shown in the screen snapshot to the right, NeoOffice will display the native macOS Window menu with LibreOffice's custom Window menu items inserted near the end of the native macOS Window menu.

You do not need to wait until the next NeoOffice release to try this new feature. You can try this new feature now by downloading and installing the following test patch:
