Downloaded NeoOffice (10 hours). Double click on the icon on the desktop and get the message "The following disk images failed to mount. Reason: no mountable file systems." Did I just get a partial download? Should I download the file again? Where have I gone wrong?
Did you check the size of the downloaded file to ensure that it is the same size as the size listed on the Neo/J download page? If your file size does not match, try using the curl command shown on http://www.planamesa.com/neojava/download.php to retrieve the missing bytes.

I had the same problem.. I hadn't dumped release candidate with patch 8, so I just used patch 0 on that, and dumped the .dmg. I am lucky: I have broadband, so it wasn't a 10 hour download
