setting as default program

I am looking for the setting where i can set this as the default progrma to use when opening documents. When i go to open a document it opens in apple works and i want it to open in neo office.

I tried selecting open with and then selecting the checkbox for using this program for now on however it is just effecting that one file.

Select one of the NeoOffice docs. Right-click or control-click on it and select Get Info. Go down to Open with and select NeoOffice. Click on Change all.
