I have forms that I wish to print to 5.5 x 8.5 inch paper.
They are created in the writer.
The orientation for the form is: Landscape.
The form appears on the left of the document/sheet.
This part of the document does not print on the 5.5 x 8.5 sheets.
It does print properly on an 8.5 x 11 sheet.
Thus, I conclude that when I am using the 5.5 x 8.5 sheets, I am printing the right side of the document, which is blank.
The options for paper size in the Print/Properties dialogue do not include this half-size (5.5 x 8.5).
(1) Is there such an option available?
(2) If not, is there some trick I can use to rotate the document 180 degrees and thus print my forms? _________________ Sláinte!

Dan's really the point man on printing for X11, but I suspect this'll be a doozy since it's not a standard paper size
The only thing that comes to mind might be trying the File > Print > Options > Reverse checkbox. I'm not sure if that'll put it over to the proper side of the page or simply flip the even/odd style right/left print settings. Unlike standard OS X drivers, the post script driver in OOo does not seem to have options to mirror or flip output. The only other thing that comes to mind may be trying to specify this in the default printer settings through Print Center and printing in OOo through "Generic Printer", but I'm unsure if it'd work...
(1) Closest size I want is A5.
(2) A5 not an option in Print Centre prefs.
(3) A5 not an option for my Apple LaserWriter Pro 630, nor for my Hewlett Packard 2100M.
(4) Therefore, I set the left margin to 14.4 cm in the document (Format -> Page) .
(5) Voila! I can print to my (US) half sheets.
(6) Not elegant, but workable. _________________ Sláinte!
