I have an envelope defined and the recipient address is filled out from a database. When I go to print, it used to ask me if I wanted to print using values from the db, but now it doesn't. I remember clicking a checkbox but I don't remember exactly what it said. Since I've checked that, it doesn't ask me any more and it won't print more than just the first record. Can someone point me in the right direction?

After some digging in the preference files it appears that the file that contains the information that prevents the dialog window from appearing when printing a form letter is the writer.xcu file. It is buried in registry/data/org/openoffice/Office.
One caution, I'm not sure what other items it may store so if you drag it to the trash you do so at your own risk!
