Has this alreay been discussed ? I can only use backspace to delete characters, forward delete just does not work. I first thought it's due to the iBook keyboard, where delete has to be composed by fn+backspace, but on an external apple keyboard it's the same.

I'm using the 0.8 release without any patches.
