For what I have understood about new NO 2.1 and tha support of many features that OOo Novell Edition has, and for what I have read here is there a chance to obtain the "solver" function available in NeoOffice 2.1?

Yes, NeoOffice 2.1 will include Novell's "solver" funtionality.
