Extensions Manager does'nt work with NeoOffice 2.1

Under version 2.0 I could use the Extensions Manager without any Problems. Now under 2.1 I tried to replace the built in Writer2Latex with a newer version, but the software denied.
When I used the terminal it also failed with the following message:

mymac:/Users/cm root# cd /Applications/NeoOffice.app/Contents/program/
mymac:/Applications/NeoOffice.app/Contents/program root# ./unopkg gui

ERROR: (com.sun.star.uno.RuntimeException) { { Message = "Lock file indicates that a concurrent Office process is running!", Context = (com.sun.star.uno.XInterface) @0 } }

unopkg failed.

Does somebody know what to do?

I had no problem to update Dmaths in Neo2.1 with the Extension Manager following the steps:

Go to
Tools > Extension Manager > My Extensions

click the little triangle on the left, then select the extension, click Remove.

Then select My Extensions again, click Add, choose the new extension, click Open.

If you have still problems, you might delete
~/Library/Preferences/NeoOffice-2.1/user/unopackages/cache

Of course, if you have other extensions in that folder, they will be removed.

Edit: Did you see that Neo 2.1 can export Writer files in LaTeX format ?
File > Export… and choose LaTeX 2e in the drop-down menu. You get a .tex file that can be compiled by TeXShop, for instance.
