hi all 
I have interest for the project, but, so I can help to translating into my native language (portuques Brazil). as I could I am making this translation for my language ?

The language packs of NeoOffice depend of OOo. |

We do use the Brazilian Portugese language pack for OOo...you should be able to find the language pack on the downloads page. As RF mentioned, if you want to do any wiki translation or of the main website, feel free to contact us.
You may also want to contribute your skills back to the main OpenOffice.org project, from which we get our translation. You can find more information about their effort from their native language project website:

Correct. Translations are done in OpenOffice.org and then we include those translations in NeoOffice language packs without any changes. For example, in our NeoOffice 2.1 Early Access release, we used Brazilian Portuguese translations included in OpenOffice.org 2.1 to create our Brazilian Portuguese language pack.
