I've downloaded Iconic for the first time today, and I've realized that it is a much more complex application than I thought.

However, I can't seem to find the source code : does anyone know where it could be ?

You'd need to contact Brett [berchca here] about that. He has developed the program, virtually re-writing a unix program I think.

I thought that the GPL required you to include the source code along with the executable (which is why I was looking for the source in the zip file). However, I re-read the full license and realized that it isn't necessary, as long as you provide the source code to anyone who demands it. I'll have to contact him then.

Thanks.

Iconic is written in Tcl/Tk. Therefore, you'll find the source code in the application package since Tcl/Tk is not a compiled language.

BTW, it still works with 2.1. You just have to change the file paths that point to NeoOffice-2.x to NeoOffice-2.1 and such.

Good luck,
Oscar
